Το ” I Can’t Dance ” είναι το τέταρτο κομμάτι από το δέκατο τέταρτο στούντιο άλμπουμ του αγγλικού ροκ συγκροτήματος Genesis , We Can’t Dance (1991), και κυκλοφόρησε τον Δεκέμβριο του 1991 ως το δεύτερο σινγκλ από το άλμπουμ.
Τους στίχους έγραψε ο Phil Collins και τη μουσική όλη η μπάντα. Το τραγούδι έφτασε στο νούμερο 7 τόσο στο αμερικανικό Billboard Hot 100 όσο και στο UK Singles Chart , και έλαβε επίσης υποψηφιότητα για βραβείο Grammy για την καλύτερη ποπ ερμηνεία από ντουέτο ή ομάδα με φωνητικά το 1993..
Στην Ευρώπη, έφτασε στο νούμερο ένα στο Βέλγιο και την Ολλανδία, ενώ κορυφώθηκε στην πρώτη πεντάδα στην Αυστρία, τη Γερμανία και την Πορτογαλία.
