Συμπεριλήφθηκε στον έκτο δίσκο τους, Physical Graffiti, το 1975. Το τραγούδι γράφτηκε από τους Ρόμπερτ Πλαντ και Τζίμι Πέιτζ (ενώ ονομαστική αναφορά δίνεται και στον Τζον Μπόναμ), σε μία περίοδο τριών ετών.
Το κομμάτι έγινε ένα από τα πιο συνηθισμένα στις ζωντανές εμφανίσεις τους, μετά την κυκλοφορία του και θεωρείται ως ένα από τα πιο επικά “προοδευτικά” (progressive) τραγούδια τους.
Το 1995, ο Πλαντ και ο Πέιτζ, ηχογράφησαν και μία ορχηστρική έκδοσή του, και το συμπεριέλαβαν στον ζωντανό δίσκο No Quarter: Jimmy Page and Robert Plant Unledded.
Γενικότερα, πρόκειται για ένα από τα πιο σημαντικά τραγούδια τους. Το περιοδικό Rolling Stone, στη λίστα του με τα 500 Σπουδαιότερα Τραγούδια όλων των εποχών, το κατέταξε στην 141η θέση.
Το 2007, κυκλοφόρησε ως σινγκλ σε μορφή ψηφιακής λήψης, το οποίο μπήκε σε μερικά τσαρτ, όπως στα βρετανικά που έφτασε στο νούμερο 80.
