Το ” Can’t Get It Out of My Head ” είναι ένα τραγούδι που γράφτηκε από τον Jeff Lynne και ηχογραφήθηκε αρχικά από την Electric Light Orchestra (ELO).
Κυκλοφόρησε για πρώτη φορά στο τέταρτο άλμπουμ του συγκροτήματος Eldorado τον Σεπτέμβριο του 1974, το τραγούδι είναι το δεύτερο κομμάτι του άλμπουμ και ακολουθεί το ” Eldorado Overture “. Το τραγούδι κυκλοφόρησε τον Νοέμβριο του ίδιου έτους ως single.
Το τραγούδι έγινε το πρώτο σινγκλ των 10 κορυφαίων του συγκροτήματος στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες , φτάνοντας στο νούμερο 9, και βοήθησε στην ενίσχυση της ευαισθητοποίησης του κοινού για το συγκρότημα στις ΗΠΑ, αν και το σινγκλ και το LP απέτυχαν να μπουν στο τσαρτ στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο.
Το 1978, συμπεριλήφθηκε ως το βασικό τραγούδι στο τεσσάρων κομματιών The ELO EP (κυκλοφορία στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο), φτάνοντας στο νούμερο 34 στα βρετανικά charts.
